Book A Call

Before making any sort of commitment, book a call with HeadcaseU founder and former professional baseball player Zane Gelphman to make sure you and HeadcaseU are a good match.

Fill Out Player Questionnaire

Before hopping on a call, make sure to fill out the player questionnaire to provide some background information on who you are and what your goals are in baseball.

Hop On Call

After you set up a date and time, hop on call to begin the vetting process so we can determine if you're a good fit for HeadcaseU.

The Test

If all goes well on the call, you'll complete a series of short, physical tests to determine your athletic strengths and weaknesses and whether you're ready to commit to a comprehensive training program.

Sign Up

If you're accepted as a client, you will be sent a link to sign up for for HeadcaseU's daily mentorship program, an all-encompassing training regimen geared toward develop the complete baseball player.

Use It

With HeadcaseU, you'll join a community of high-level athletes committed to development and accountability. Each month you'll have access to workshops, swing analyses, and personalized lifestyle streamlining that you'll be expected to follow in order to see maximum results.
