Refund Policy

HeadcaseU does not refund membership fees from past months. A written 30 day notice is required in order to cancel policy with HeadcaseU. This notice can be in the form of an email (gelphmanzane@gmail.com), text (650-720-1074), or contact via the HeadcaseU website. HeadcaseU will not refund any purchase of equipment for training purposes while the athlete is subscribed to The Prospect Package or The Prospect Elite Package.
