HeadcaseU is not responsible for any injuries on the field or with training equipment a player may acquire while subscribed to The Prospect Package or The Prospect Elite Package. Invested in an athlete's future will always be a risk. While HeadcaseU is engineered to get baseball players to the college level, there are still many variables that play a role in determining whether a player is able to play collegiate baseball or not. While HeadcaseU provides the framework and guidance through the experience of working towards a college scholarship, the responsibility to consistently demonstrate work ethic, proper sportsmanship, and integrity in all facets of life still lies with the athlete.

A written 30 day notice is required to cancel any memberships purchased under Headcase University. Notice can be sent in the form of an email (gelphmanzane@gmail.com), Text (650-720-1074), or message sent via the HeadcaseU website.
